We don't hide shipping costs inside our prices like our competitors. Our prices do not include shipping charges because we want you to know the real cost of your items. You will find our prices are lower than our competitors even with shipping. If you find a lower advertised price anywhere, we will match it.
ORDER PROCESSING
You may purchase our products by using the on-line shopping cart. We accept MC/Visa, Discover and online checks for on-line orders.
Or, you may order by phone by calling us locally at 706-896-5912 or Toll-Free at 866-284-1170. Please have your Master Card or Visa, or Discover ready. You may also use a cashier's check or money order.
Orders will be processed within the next business day on in-stock items. If the item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our client base is completely confidential. We will not sell any of our customer information to outside sources.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. You should allow 1 to 3 business days in the southeast and 5 to 7 business days to receive your merchandise if you are on the west cost. Overnight and 2nd day UPS available on request.
RETURN POLICY
Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any washable or reusable products. For any disposable products, we can only accept unopened cases and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that you purchase a bag if you are not familiar with the products.
If a credit card was used to purchase merchandise your account will be credited within 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. If you paid by check we will place a check in the mail within 3 days after receiving the returned merchandise.
